Google has given employees a website dedicated to abuse and workplace casualty work on exploitation in the workplace. They will be able to easily complain about this abuse on this website. Milano Parker, Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Equalization, posted on her blog Thursday, “We have created a simple and easy site with many channels, in which the employees will be able to easily address their problems.”
Google said that they are working on temporary and vendor staff on a site which will be completed by June. Last November, around 20,000 Google employees from around the world had resigned because of the abuse in the workplace.
After that Google CEO Sundar Pichai had announced that the company would end sexual harassment and violence so that employees could take the case to court. Google said that the 5th Annual Report related to the employees was published in the Draft, Discrimination, Exploitation Report. In addition, Parker said, ‘We want every Googler to work with respect and dignity at his workplace.’
