In fact, Trump asked the US Congress for $ 5.7 billion to build a wall. However, after providing the funds, Trump refused to sign any bill.
Trump said during a meeting with Democrat on Friday that he is not thinking of putting an emergency to construct the wall yet. Trump further said that he does not want to go straight ahead in the direction of the National Emergency Option. Rather, it wants a solution through the interaction with the lawmakers. Although Trumpp also said that he has the statutory right to declare an emergency.
